Komslot Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for All Platform Users

To use the Komslot platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Komslot reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify your compliance with these requirements.

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party.
• You are not subject to any legal prohibition on using online gambling services in the jurisdiction where you are located.
• You have never previously been suspended or banned by Komslot.
• The information you provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.

Komslot reserves the right to decline any individual's registration application without providing a reason. This decision is final and non-appealable.

Every Komslot member is fully responsible for the security and use of their account. This includes keeping your password secure and not sharing it with anyone.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including bets placed by anyone who accesses it using your login credentials.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the komslot support team immediately via live chat or email at support@komslot.biz.
• Komslot will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
• You must keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur. Failure to do so may cause delays in withdrawal processing.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an account maintenance fee of RM10 per month, or closed at Komslot's discretion following notice sent to the registered email.

• Daily withdrawal limit (standard account): RM10,000 per day.
• Daily withdrawal limit (VIP Gold account and above): Up to RM500,000 per day.

Komslot reserves the right to hold withdrawals for a period of up to 72 hours for security screening and anti-fraud compliance purposes. Users will be notified by email if their withdrawal requires additional review.

If there is a name mismatch between your Komslot account and the destination bank account or e-wallet, the withdrawal will be automatically rejected. Ensure your account name is consistent across all platforms.

Komslot offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all offers.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• The Welcome Bonus (200% up to RM1,000) is available for new members on their first deposit only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The standard rollover for most Sports Betting bonuses is 5x bonus value; for casino games it is 25x bonus value.

• If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from the scheduled time, all related bets will be fully refunded.
• For parlay bets, if one or more matches are postponed or cancelled, the affected selection will be removed from the parlay and the odds recalculated accordingly.
• Komslot reserves the right to limit or reject bets from accounts suspected of arbitrage, match fixing, or any form of fraud.
